At a recent event, Samsung Sri Lanka launched the Samsung Galaxy M20 and Samsung Galaxy M10 smartphones. These smartphones have been designed from the ground up focusing on young millennials. As such, the Samsung Galaxy M series comes with an infinity-V display, dual cameras with ultra-wide lens, a long-lasting battery, high-performance processors and a new Samsung Experience UX.

The Samsung Galaxy M20 comes with a true FHD+ 6.3” infinity-V display, while the Samsung Galaxy M10 has a 6.2” HD+ infinity-V display. Both the Samsung Galaxy M20 and M10 come with Widevine L1 certification for seamless streaming of HD content through popular apps. To ensure non-stop streaming of music and video, Samsung has also packed a powerful 5,000 mAh battery into the Samsung Galaxy M20. The power management feature in the Samsung Galaxy M20 also boasts of a multi-layered technology system that ensures low power consumption. The type C fast charging feature ensures 3X speed as compared to the normal charging, thanks to the 15W in-box charger.

In terms of processing power, the Samsung Galaxy M20 packs an Exynos 7904 octa-core processor, whereas the Samsung Galaxy M10 is powered by an Exynos 7870 octa-core processor. For added security, the Samsung Galaxy M20 comes with fingerprint as well as Face Unlock. Not to be outdone, the Samsung Galaxy M10 comes with face recognition unlock feature.


Powerful dual camera is another major highlight of the Samsung Galaxy M series. Both the Samsung Galaxy M20 and M10 sport dual rear camera, with an ultra-wide lens. The ultra-wide mode lets users capture more expansive photos with complete ease. Both the Samsung Galaxy M20 and M10 come with a 13MP primary rear camera that has F1.9 aperture. The secondary rear camera has a 5MP ultra-wide feature.

The Samsung Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M10 will be available from February 7th onwards. They are available in colors of Ocean Blue and Charcoal Black, priced at Rs. 23,900 for the 2GB+16GB variant, while the 3GB+32GB variant will cost Rs. 27,390. The Samsung Galaxy M20 is priced at Rs.33,900 for the 3GB+32GB while the 4GB+64GB is Rs.38,900. Both devices will be available across all authorized partners of Samsung: Damro, JKOA, Softlogic, Singer and Singhagiri and across all authorized dealers and online partners islandwide
