The term “Digital” has been making waves in today’s world. Since the dawn of computing, Digital has been seen as a counter part for analog and today has assumed a whole new significance.

The banking sector is an area that can benefit vastly from digital transformation. A bank can use these digital channels to engage with customers, thus enabling a long term and beneficial relationship.
